Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Send us an email at contact@vantaedge.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

• Hygienic products with broken seals
